These are 2nd version of my ice cream cone cupcakes. These are moist Chocolate cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream frosting for my lovely sister’s frens’ birthday… according to her, Ida; her frens is a ‘happy-happy’ they of person and would definitely like these cakes!
